Since its inception in 1997, Total
Solutions Realty, Inc. in Alamogordo, New Mexico, has grown from the
one-room office on White Sands Boulevard, a 400 square foot office on First
Street, to our present location, 2460 E. First Street. We have added
employees and first-rate Associate Brokers and a property management
department, which has increased to over 150 properties that we manage for 50
owners.
None of this would have been possible
if not for the support of our faithful clients, word of mouth, and our
commitment to providing all those duties associated with our license. We
get such a kick out of seeing the eyes of buyers light up when they step
foot in "their" home or, the look of satisfaction when sellers sign on the
sale of their home at their price and terms. We believe in service by
meeting the needs of our clients and customers.
There is so much that we do to assist
in the process of buying, selling and leasing and through it all we are
guided by our Code of Ethics, license law, our genuine commitment to our
profession and, common sense. To us, it isn't about our numbers; it's about
the bottom line for the seller and the affordability factor for the buyer.
This is our town - we don't want to read about foreclosure on a property
that we have sold. Our goal is to guide buyers into an investment, not a
liability. Our business is real estate.
We serve the Tularosa Basin including
High Rolls, Cloudcroft, Tularosa, La Luz, Bent, Boles Acres, Dog Canyon and
Alamogordo. Rural areas also include land and residential out by Holloman
AFB, White Sands National Monument and up in the mountains and canyons. From
quaint, original adobes, mountain cabins, horse property, pecan, fruit or

BROKER Billy remembers a day, 3 decades ago, when preparing a sermon in the study of First Baptist in Tularosa saying a prayer and asking for guidance in his career - he went back to school, earning a Masters Degree and working in printing, publishing and pastoring country churches. After teaching college for 10 years, Billy came back to the Basin to teach at Tularosa High and preach in High Rolls.
A senior student reminded him recently that he had performed the marriage ceremony of her parents some 25 or 30 years ago cementing Billy's ties to the community.
Billy is now looking to expand his service to the community as a licensed Realtor. His knowledge of the area is a great asset along with his understanding of the folks who form the various communities throughout the Tularosa Basin. Kelly and husband, Jim, are the proud parents of teenage twins, Brent and Ashleigh. They have lived in the Alamogordo area, on and off, for the past 14 years and are active members of First Baptist Church where they enjoy volunteering in Youth programs and activities and, taking quiet family camping trips when the opportunity arises.
